**Vibrant Heârt** is a creative expression retreat for women to come together in amplifying
our creative gifts, authentic expression, and feminine empowerment while immersed in the
lush jungles and waters of beautiful Costa Rica. Whether you seek to reconnect to your
creative flow and inner empowerment, are craving to reawaken your feminine energy, or
are simply in need of a pause and deep soul nourishment, this retreat offers a sanctuary of
sisterhood, healing, art-making, and self-discovery - so that you may be liberated and
empowered to walk your true path in life in your fullest and most vibrant expression.

● Dance & Somatic Movement Exploration – Together we’ll reclaim the wisdom and power of our bodies through liberating movement journeys designed to reconnect

you with your feminine essence and inner truth.

● Transformational Breathwork - Explore a powerful inner journey using the breath to clear emotional and energetic blockages, awaken intuition, and realign with your

most authentic self.

● Cacao Ceremonies - We will work with the sacred plant of cacao in heart-opening rituals to awaken creative energy and self-love, deepen intuition, and foster soulful

connection with spirit and sisterhood.

● Embodied Relating & Sister Circles - Connect soul-to-soul with your fellow sisters in ceremonies that foster trust, sisterhood, and meaningful connection.

● Nature Connection & Excursions - We will immerse in the wild beauty of Costa Rica through beach walks, waterfall visits, and elemental rituals to ground your

intentions and awaken your senses.

● Shamanic Journey (with optional microdose) - Experience inner awakening and empowerment through shamanic journeywork, sound and frequency healing, and

an optional microdose experience with sacred plant medicine in a guided space.

WHAT’S INCLUDED:

● 7 days and 6 nights in a beautiful, spacious eco-luxe bungalow at Sol Sanctuary. Our accommodations are designed to allow you to rest and reset within a lush and tranquil jungle environment. All accommodations include air conditioning and private patio, private bathroom with hot shower, full use of the pool area and yoga

shala, and housekeeping on request.

● Three nourishing and delicious vegetarian meals daily highlighting fresh Costa Rican cuisine (meat available on request)

● Daily yoga, movement and meditation sessions

● Opening Cacao Ceremony (along with more cacao explorations throughout the retreat!)

● Creative Expression workshops and activities to explore your passions, gifts, and

inner world through Art Explorations, Creative Writing, and Voice Activation
